Registration Terms and Policies
The registered delegate and/or exhibitor acknowledges that he/she has no rights to lodge any claims against the NBSF organizers should the Forum be hindered or prevented to occur by Force Majeure
The National Buyer/Seller Forum 2011 (NBSF 2011) organizers shall not be liable for travel, accommodation or other costs if we are required to cancel the NBSF 2011 as a result of Force Majeure.
All unpaid invoices remain due if we cancel the NBSF 2011 for any reason.
The organizers reserve the right to alter the Forum date and venue if necessary and where possible will take all steps necessary to inform delegates and exhibitors with reasonable notice.
If the organizers are unable to proceed with NBSF 2011, the organizers will only be liable to refund the amounts already paid after deduction of the costs incurred in preparation for the event.
Additionally we cannot accept liability for any damage, injury, expense or loss (direct or consequential) of any description suffered as a result of Force Majeure.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, Force Majeure shall mean any cause preventing the organizers from performing any or all of their obligations which arise from or are attributable to any act, event, omission or accident beyond the reasonable control of the organizers, including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts or other industrial disputes, protest, act of God, war, national emergency, an act (or suspected or threatened act) of terrorism, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, explosion, leak, flood or storm, epidemic or pandemic (perceived or actual), or default of suppliers or subcontractors.
As part of our marketing and communications activities, NBSF uses photography for publicity purposes. Photographs of you which may be taken during the course of the Forum, may be used for possible inclusion in our publications, website and other publicity material. The image(s) will remain the property of NBSF and will be used for the designated purpose of promoting NBSF.
