About David Harper, General Manager of Fabrication & Module Facility
Mr. Harper has a solid background in construction management, cost control, scheduling, procurement, contracts administration and controls monitoring for mining, pulp and paper and oil and gas projects. Twenty five years of experience encompasses diverse roles, recent projects completed as Project Manager are the EnCana Foster Creek SAGD Facility and Suncor's Millennium Coker Unit.
